Mitigation experience was excellent! Thanks Fabian for doing a great Job on all the clean up and drying--kudos to your crew. I feel confident that I will not have any mold issues. I recognize there was more to be done than I expected, but you documented and explained well. Thanks to Aaron for understanding my situation. I had to pay out of pocket and you are helping me not to do anything unnecessary, as well as being available to answer all questions. I trust local business and encourage all to go with DR first! Keep business in Idaho. Look forward to working the next phase!

Rochelle, Jen, and Jenna from the office are amazing and probably the sole reason we made it through our disaster. Brian and Bryce did a great job finishing

Our dirt floor cellar flooding and although the water soaked in, we were left with a thick layer of mud. They came out and had some issues at first. But used a couple heaters and a dehumidifier. It ran day and night plugged into our electric from Thursday until Monday. It did it's job. But the price sticker was outrageous. Paid $800 when they came out to inspect it and after they finished, got billed another $700. No discount from them using my electric all those days either. So although the company gets the job done, I think the prices are unreasonable. $1500 to just to hookup heaters and dehumidifier for 5 days and pull out of the cellar a plastic barrier that wasn't secured.

My busy Saturday began with sparkly droplets of water on my newly refinished hardwood floor. When I realized they were coming from the ceiling I called Disaster Response. Despite my frantic schedule that day, Fabian identified a small time frame when I could be home. When I arrived, the Disaster Response crew was waiting. After locating the source, the roof was tarped and sandbagged until a permanent repair could be scheduled. That quick response on a rainy Saturday not only prevented damage to the floor, but a later examination revealed that the ceiling was also undamaged. That is why Disaster Response is on my contact list!
