Overall bad experience. The schedule was chaotic and the staff was late. The quality of the work did not match what was explained over the phone. Corners were clearly cut. For a company that does water damage, attention to detail should be fundamental - not optional. Sorry, I couldn't give them five stars, they only deserve one star.
