DARI just came out to check if some old ceiling tile in our basement contained asbestos. The project manager immediately knew we had nothing to worry about; that the tiles were simply fiberglass. We appreciate the same day service, courteous and knowledgeable project manager - and even more than that - the fact that he did not try to take advantage of our ignorance about ceiling tiles. He very well could have charged us for unnecessary testing. In my book, this indicates that DARI is a trustworthy company! We definitely will be calling them if we need help in the future. Thank you DARI! 5 star company!

I had a Hot Water Heater that was leaking and it cause a lot of damage to my storage room and the living room walls and floors. DARI Disaster Restoration Services handle the problem, they was excellent, and professional and I would recommend them to everyone that have any water damages. GREAT JOB GUY'S, YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Thanks again, your kindness will never be forgotten

Amazing company! Amazing customer service! Knowledgable crew! I have nothing but good things to say about DARI- Disaster Restoration Services. A few weeks ago, a pipe burst in the middle of the night, in one of my rental houses. I was called around 2 AM by the tenants with complaints that the water was flooding the inside of the house. All it took was one phone call to DARI- Disaster Restoration Services, and their mitigation crews were on the scene with priority response time. They even had their own plumbers, and were able to, not only mediate the flooding, but also able to handle the reconstruction, and damage repair, turnkey. Being a property owner, I have dealt with my fair share of Restoration Contractors, but my experience with DARI- Disaster Restoration Services has been the best by far. Their equipment was state-of-the-art, everything was dry within 48 hours, and even the tenants were extremely pleased with how quick and professional DARI- Disaster Restoration Services was when handling the situation. Their mitigation crews were very straight forward with me on the estimates, and were very professional when dealing my tenants. DARI's knowledgable staff was very clear on the strategy for mitigation, and was able to effectively communicate that strategy to the tenants, and provide them with peace-of-mind. They will always be the #1 "go-to" Restoration Contractor on my list! Not only for my rental properties in the Triad, but for my home as well.

We had a major leak behind a wall in our home which wasn't noticed until the town of Thomasville's meter reader let us know we had used more than 2,000 gallons of water than in any month prior. Upon notifying our insurance carrier of the magnitude of damage sustained, they immediately gave us the name of this company to help us out. They came the day after our claim was started, and proceeded to take down all our drywall and any flooring which had sustained water damage located in our laundry room. They told us exactly what needed to be done and also used a machine that checked for any possible mold due to the leak or if there was any asbestos present in our laundry room and thank goodness we had neither. They put industrial fans in the room and taped the room off to help the drying process. They were always available by phone and/or text to answer any questions we had, and they worked up the cost involved and were in touch with our insurance carrier too. The repair estimate was better than we could have hoped for and well within the budget for our insurance claim and we are happy to say there were no hidden costs to deal with. We are very pleased with this company and would use them again should we ever have any problems in the future.

From the time I called to request a quote on Asbestos removal in my home to the completion of the project, the project manager was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He took his time talking through the details of what would need to be done, answering all my questions and worked with a certain schedule that I needed for the project. The company came on time and completed the tear out on schedule so my other projects could begin on schedule. Great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone!
