I would give them negative stars if I could. Be very careful when you use this company. I had an insurance claim on a water leak in a house. When I first called them we went over the details of the repair. The promised if I used them they would accept the payment that the insurance company paid as the total payment and all I would have to pay is the deductable. I agreed to use them based on the promise. After the work was completed (And by the way much later than they promised) they then call me and tell me they would like me to fill out a survey to say the work was completed. I filled it out and sent it back then they called and said I owed them .more money for the repair because the insurance company did not pay them enough money. I reminded them that they had promised they would accept the amount the insurance company was paying as payment and this was out agreement. The rude lady on the phone then threatened that if they did not get the additional money that they were asking for she would file a lien on the house. Typical bait and switch. They totally lied and had they told me this upfront I would never have used their service. Stay as far away from this company as possible or you will get ripped off!!
