Duck, Gary, and Ben were the kindest, most prompt, and most knowledgeable gentlemen I have dealt with during a stressful time of home ownership. They expertly checked all the water damaged drywall and flooring daily until everything was thoroughly dry, they explained everything they were doing in great detail, and were warm and personable throughout the entire interaction. I had them help my parents find a leak in their home, too. If I ever need any kind of restoration work done in the future they will be the first and only company that I call.
There we were again because of our old house having old pipes and an old AC unit with a very unfortunate circumstance of two water overflows. One leak was from our AC unit and the other was from a leak behind the walls in our Kitchen! I took to Google and looked at water mitigation companies and after reading reviews of several others the company Damage Control was by far very convincing with their excellent reviews and ratings!! I soon scheduled a water mitigation appointment with Damage Control and they did not disappoint!! John-Duck the project manager, his team, partnered with Enviro King and all who serviced my home were extremely respectful, kind, on time for each appointment, and most importantly got the job Done!! My home now is totally dried out and now on to the rebuild!! Thank you Damage Control!! You guys ROCK!!
Duck was very professional and helpful with our water leak in the kitchen. The wet damaged flooring was removed and scheduled replacement as everything else has been dried and inspected regularly!
Spent the evening with Ross and Eddie as they dried out our master bedroom. You could put these gentlemen's faces under the definition of conscientious. They were very reassuring and friendly...it was if I had known them for years within half hour of meeting them. Obviously, they are pros at not only solving damage issues, but answering my concerns and making me feel taken care of and appreciated. I appreciated them, too.
So far working with Damage Control has been a positive experience. John “Duck” Rabon has been quick to respond to any of my questions, day or night. Costumer service and satisfaction seems to be a priority for them and I appreciate that!
