Thank you to Victor Ocasio for helping me with filling all the paperwork needed to be sent to Insurance Company! Called on a Monday for a possible mold remediation issue. Did not hear from them so I called again on Friday. They claimed no recollection of my call. I gave them another chance. This time they referred me to a mold inspector (which they failed to do last time) and gave me her number. Called that number and no response from them. Let's see them do Damage Control to this review. Have since gone with a competitor.

These guys are the best. I am in real estate and bought my first house. My house had a pipe leak and there was damage in the laundry room, a bedroom, and two bathrooms. It was some extensive water damage as well where vinyl needed to be ripped out and walls cut out. They came in here and made promises; helped me talk to my insurance company, and kept their promises saving everybody time and money. Parker and Morgan had all the damage removed within 2 days and the place dried out as fast as you can dry out extensive water damage. They did marvelous work: 5/5 service. I worked with Gary as the coordinator, great guy: he handled my insurance and getting necessary tests done on my house to complete the work properly and safely. 5/5 response time and 5/5 customer service. I highly suggest using damage control. They will help you with every step along the way from insurance to payments to completely the job effectively and in a timely manor!

Duck, Gary, and Ben were the kindest, most prompt, and most knowledgeable gentlemen I have dealt with during a stressful time of home ownership. They expertly checked all the water damaged drywall and flooring daily until everything was thoroughly dry, they explained everything they were doing in great detail, and were warm and personable throughout the entire interaction. I had them help my parents find a leak in their home, too. If I ever need any kind of restoration work done in the future they will be the first and only company that I call.

I had an extensive slab leak due to old pipes. Damage Control removed the affected carpet, baseboards, and drywall, then left fans, air scrubbers, and dehumidifiers in place to finish drying out the moisture left from the leak. The entire team was courteous and professional, particularly Gary, Morgan, and Parker. Gary took great pains to help me understand what to expect throughout the entire process. This was particularly important because they had to work around an issue with asbestos in the drywall compound. He also dealt with the insurance company and followed up with me in a timely manner whenever I had a question. I can't recommend these guys enough!
