I hired them to install a vapor barrier and insulation in my crawlspace. My crawlspace is 10-12 inches so it's pretty tight. I am glad they took the job in the first place and got the job done in the end, however they had to come out 2 more times to get it done right. The first 2 times the insulation was installed barrier side facing out instead of inside the home, and the plastic vapor barrier was not sealed around the pillars. In the end the customer service was great, everything was corrected, but I feel the workers should have known how to install the insulation. I give 3 stars because of the issues I had, and they were corrected promptly and provided photos each time. I do want to thank them for getting it done despite the issues and tight space, and everyone was helpful that I spoke with.

We had an old sump removed and a new sump pump installed. Crawlspace Medic provided a quote detailed for what we wanted and also providing information on costs of a future encapsulation project we should consider. This experience as compared to other quotes which tried to up-sale us while ignoring what we asked for. They were on time and within the original quote. They completed their work by explaining the new equipment and cleaning up the work area after installation was completed. 5 stars

Incredibly nice people. Steve and his team did a great job insulating our 1930s home. They removed debris and cleaned up lose wires. Even built custom doors to keep pest out. Would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service! Great experience start to finish with scheduling and execution of the project. The install team (Devon, David, Zach) were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and always on time. Highly recommend for crawlspace problems!

When we discovered a high amount of mold in our home's crawlspace in 2021, we went with Crawlspace Medic to clean out the space, remediate, install a vapor barrier, encapsulate the space, and install two french drains, a sump pump, and a dehumidifier. However, less than 2 years later, we saw that the mold was back along with standing water and a rat infestation. We called Crawlspace Medic again, but they were under new ownership. Steve and Zach came out immediately to inspect, and they found that the previous team had cut corners and had not done a thorough job with the encapsulation. They repaired the damage, cleaned up the mess, and truly completed the encapsulation with in less than 2 days. Steve responded to my texts quickly, and Zach worked diligently to make sure that the work was done right this time. I really appreciate the new team at Crawlspace Medic and still highly recommend them for any crawlspace needs!
