I had a great experience with Martin Jr. and Cotty Restoration staff after my fridge water line broke and flooded my kitchen and living room. They were polite, on time, knowledgeable, very clean and professional. They followed up with me everyday and worked around my schedule. I would recommend them to anyone and that includes my family. Great company to work with!!! 5 stars!!

Big thanks to Martin at Cotty Restoration for the Mold Remediation and removal in my house in Fullerton. My kitchen was full of mold and I've been sick for a while. I decided to have an inspection and Martin's services are thorough, affordable and he wanted to make sure I was happy. His crew was fast and friendly. His photographed mold reports were extremely thorough as well. Martin is not afraid to get dirty and get the job done. Thanks again!

Martin Jr from Cotty Inc is a true professional at his craft. Our emergency call was promptly answered and him and his team were quick to resolve our issues. We had water damage from a burst pipe in the garage, and Martin took care of that promptly and with excellence. We had a mold issue in our attic called COTTY up set up an appointment and was all taken care of in a very professional and timely manner i would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that needs prompt and professional work done !
