Simon Reyes and his crew were pleasant to work with, competitively priced, prompt, and professional. My hidden leak (between-the-wall) was discovered after baseboard removal. Beware: the slow hidden leak was due to a cluster of substandard roof flashing, trim board installation, and clogged guttering which resulted in water infiltration through the Stucco. Not fun, but CRS made the repair process as painless as possible. I highly recommend them.

Simon and his crews are professional. They are curteous and respectful to the needs and wishes of their clients. They take the time to double check on things with their client instead of making an assumption. If a client is unsure about a decision, Simon can offer ideas to help them during their decision making process. He is able to do this due to his years of professional work in this field.

Simon and his crew did an outstanding job remediating mold and doign restoration work in my midtown home. From the very first phone call, his responsiveness, attentiveness, and communication was second to none. Every day his crews or his subs were scheduled to work, they arrived on time, and I never once had to question whether they were working hard to get the job done. Simon did a great job adapting to changes as needed, either prompted by discoveries in construction, or by the whims of the homeowners. All along the way, Simon was a careful steward of resources; knowing that we were paying out of pocket for all the repairs, he helped ensure we did what we needed to do to do the job right, but didn't waste our money. In the end, he left us with a space constructed and finished far superior to what we had before. I have no hesitation recommending Simon and CRS for their work.

Simon and his crew have completed a couple of projects on our home. He does a great job of communicating when the crews will be arriving and is very responsive and knowledgeable on different options for repairs. I’ve really enjoyed the crew he’s sent to the house. Joe and his son are very polite, friendly, and do a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely use CRS for other work in the future.

We really appreciated Simon's team's work. Simon was very responsive and had great communication from the beginning and throughout the project. His quoted price ended up being exactly what we paid, although he had warned us we might end up with a bigger job once they opened up the wall and exposed the mold completely. Thankfully the work he expected ended up being all that was needed. I picked Simon because he seemed to really know what he was doing and was able to communicate it to us in detail...and he quoted us a fair price that wasn't an inadequate quick-fix patch job - but instead they did get everything compeltely taken care of (without any unnecessary extras). Highly recommend!
