I actually ended up contacting Classic Restoration Pros on my own because I was on all of the lists my insurance company recommended and still had no response after 7 days of having a flooded home. Thank goodness Casey answered the phone. He assured me that they could come out and deal with my catastrophe. Casey even gave me enough time to contact my insurance company in order to verify coverage using Classic. Darren, Casey and Garrett made this horrible experience bearable. The entire Classic team was professional, empathetic, helpful, responsible and overall caring. I highly recommend using Classic Restoration Pros!

We had Classic Restoration Pros out at our place after a huge flood from our pipes freezing. They were so quick and helpful, and they took care of everything and made it a worry-free process for me. Highly Recommend!
