They are able to do both the water extenuation and some repairs. Their staff clearly explained what work needed to be done in a simple way. Great work! Cincinnati Water Damage was flexible enough to work with my schedule. The work was smooth and they kept their word to the end. They helped me work through some issues with my adjuster which would have turned out impossible had they not been available. In addition to all that, they were responsive to my emails and calls. Definitely recommend this company especially when you are in an emergency!

We had water damage in our house this Spring. Cincinnati Water Damage did an amazing job!!! They were friendly, fast and accommodating to our schedule. They have also done carpet cleaning at our house. I would highly recommend them for carpet cleaning and water damage repair!
