Overall great company to deal with. They were called in when my condo was flooded by a main line backup. They arrived promptly and quickly got to work. Tomas, the lead technician that day, explained everything they were doing and what the next steps would look like. They were extremely accommodating and over the next few days, Tad the manager, kept communicating what was happening next. They also worked hand in hand with a 3rd party that came in to get rid of asbestos that had been detected in the sheet rock. If you need water abatement, look no further. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY recommend Certified Restoration! I have never experienced such a high level of customer service -anywhere. Tad coordinated all activities related to the water leak -first time I had experience such a disaster. He walked me through what to expect and provided information to questions I hadn't even asked yet. Each team member working in my home was professional, courteous, and helpful. Paulo, Tyler, and Ulysses were invaluable with all the help they provided. In my wildest dreams, I would never expect such top notch service in the midst of my small disaster. Tad and team really helped me stay level with all the chaos -especially the insurance piece. Also incredible attitudes all around. Thank you for ALL your help and kindness! Special shout out to Michael for assembling an incredible crew and anyone I may have missed mentioning by name.

This business is amazing! Highly recommended! I called for an urgent (same day) restoration due to a water leak on a Sunday and spoke with Tad. He was great to work with and made everything very easy from the beginning to end. The level of professionalism is on point and the continuous communication was very much appreciated. Tomas and his partner came out to do the restoration that Sunday. They did an amazing job from cleaning out the damages to tidying up the space and helping with the leak. Overall, great team and a great company.

I recently had some water damage due to a storm and Michael came to the rescue. I made a call to him late at night and he took the time to walk me through the process and assure me they would take care of it ASAP. He came over the next day as promised and was very informative. He was straight to the point and did not beat around the bush. Customer service skills were exceptional from the minute I spoke to him to the time the job was done. Certified Restoration saved me on cost and prevented any further damage to my home. I will definitely be referring people to Certified Restoration when they need the job done right. Thanks Michael.

We used Certified Restoration for remediation of water and mold damage in our kitchen. Our project manager Tad was very professional and answered all of our questions and was very responsive from start to finish. The whole team was professional, skilled and courteous. I highly recommend Certified Restoration!
