    I cannot say enough great things about Certified Cleaning & Restoration DKI. They helped us with the insurance company and were really great to work with. They came out quick and tore out all the water damage we had. I would highly recommend them for big or small jobs. Very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process.

    Certified DKI is a first class company. My washing machine broke filling our house with water in the middle of the night. I called and they were out within the hour sucking up the water at 430 AM. They then put machines in to dry the walls. Thye came out and checked every day at a time that was convenient to me. I would highly recommend Certified DKI for your emergency needs.

    I was so pleased by the work of this company. They were quick and attentive, answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. They worked with my insurance company and helped with the whole process. I initially used them for a water leak from my washer but recently chose to use them again with a roof leak!

    I strongly do not recommend this company. I had a water heater leak that wet carpet and pad in hallway. Fans were set to dry carpet. No dehumidifiers were used. Wet pad was not pulled. I ended up cutting carpet in hall and pulling saturated pad myself. I discovered water had seeped into bedroom and called to have that pad removed on a Saturday evening. Called 3 emergency numbers. No response until Monday morning. I pulled it myself. Water also seeped into den. Two other restoration companies came out and found water in wall and vanity in bathroom. Mediated that to prevent mold growth. My home could have had mold issues and been damaged further by the lack of expertise and customer care demonstrated by this company.
