Sam and his team came into my home after some tenants had destroyed the place and made it look brand new. They were able to get there the next business day to start work. I'm so grateful for their help and how they took charge and made the home beautiful once again.

Sam and his team did the exterior painting and trim on my house last summer. The price quoted was reasonable and fair. Unfortunately there was a little bit of blistering that occurred over this past winter. I emailed Sam about it and within a couple days he came back to my house and took care to fix the problem, covered under warranty.
I appreciate the honesty and professionalism; certainly not every building contractor is like this. If you want a quality, honest house painting company in Portland, look no further.

Sam and Chris did an awesome job with the ceiling repair and re-painting work.
I called them on a Thursday afternoon, received a call-back the next morning, and as promised, they were at my house at 9:30 sharp that Monday to get started. They fully completed the work by the end of the next day, and it truly looks fantastic; just like new.
I also appreciate that they kept me updated on the progress and next steps along the way. Very great to work with, and the work quality truly speaks for itself.
I happily recommend this crew and will absolutely give them a call should I ever need any of their services again!

Cascade did a wonderful job painting the interior of my home. The crew was great to work with, they did a great job of protecting my new floors, were meticulous with the painting and with the removal of all the protective materials. Highly recommend their services.

We had a terrific experience working with Sam and his team. They painted the exterior of our house, including the trim, doors, and porch, and we couldn't be happier with how it came out. Sam was extremely responsive to emails and brought thoughtful suggestions and considerations to us throughout the project.
His crew is very professional, thorough, and took care to put our things back in order around our house every day before they left, which I felt was above and beyond.
We did have to wait a while for them to take on our project, but that wasn't surprising considering considering the shorter than usual painting season this year and that I bet they are in high demand. Sam was communicative about that, and ended up working us in to this season after warning me that he may need to bump us to next season.
