Came home to two inches of water in the basement. One call to my Insurance adjuster and Carlson was contacted. It was all hands on deck and my mind was put at ease. Three managers arrived to access damage and quickly had solutions to the damage as well as man power and time table to solve all of my issues.all work was completed beautifully and on schedule. Could not be more pleased. Have pictures of the remodel and proudly show all my friends and family. Would not hesitate to recommend Carlson to anybody I know.

Tristan lined his crews up so no time was lost. Everyone did a superb job and it was completed on time. Tristan was always available when I had questions and he helped me select the proper floor tiles, wall colors and fixtures. I'm very happy with the results.

We had water damage to our basement and needed new dry wall, carpet, and paint. We were referred to Carlson's Restoration and we are so glad we went with them. Tristan was a big help walking us through the remodel and timeline. Great quality and professional work. Communication was exceptional through the entire process. Highly recommend.

We are so grateful to Tristan at Carlson Restoration, his leadership and responsiveness make him and his team so dependable during stressful problem-solving with our new home. We first contacted him to repair damage done after a pipe-burst in our townhome and he effectively and efficiently coordinated the repairs to our drywall, carpet, and paint on two different floors. We’ve followed up with him about a few other concerns we’ve had and he is always quick to respond, even visiting our home at our convenience to answer detailed questions about our living space.
