They were way over priced. Cut a piece of my wall out not sure why at the point they did. Said they needed to check for mold, this was in a room which barely got flooded. Repainted 3 rooms not by professional painters and never came back to move furniture back into rooms.Had a carpet guy come and lay down carpet. Carpet looks good but padding is not the same as the rest of the house low quality. Would not recommend unless your willing to spend THOUSANDS of dollars!!!!!!!

Burggraf Restoration did an excellent job on my Grandmas's house. They went way above and beyond expectations, and I would never use any other restoration company. I have heard nothing but good things about Burggraf restoration from the people that use them. I am glad I took the recommendations from other homeowners that have used them before.

We found Burgraf to be extremely shady in their billing. We called them after a plumbing/flooding issue in our house. They left without finishing, left bags of trash in my yard and billed us $2500. Horrible service. Would never recommend nor will we use them again.
