I had a manifold leak that ruined the carpet, wood flooring, and Sheetrock in two of my rooms, and, my downstairs hall. Robert came to check everything out, and made sure everything was in order. I had fans in my house for at least four days, along with two de-humidifiers. They put down a spray to kill the mold, and it smelled great. The plus side, it’s a green spray. I didn’t have to worry about my animals being on it. JR and his crew are awesome too! I had to use another restoration company 11 years ago and, Burgraff has them beat, by far! The management, the staff, everyone that was involved were in my opinion, the best I could ask for. Thank you guys for helping keep my kids, and myself safe, and getting rid of everything in between!! Would recommend you all 10 out of 10 times!!!!
I often don’t make reviews but this one had to be done. I never experienced worse customer service in my life. Back in June when the big storm happened my tree fell and destroyed my Shed and Fence and had them come do an estimate. It’s now almost September and I’ve been calling them almost 2 times a week all through August to see if there was an update since it was filed through my insurance. I got nothing and no one came out to do anything. IF YOU DONT WANT TO DO THE JOB JUST SAY YOU DONT WANT TO DO IT! IF YOU CANT GET AN ESTIMATE RIGHT JUST SAY YOU MESSED UP. What a terrible company, never doing business with them or ever recommending them.
Burggraf Disaster Resroration is an outstanding company! Every encounter I have had with them has been a positive one every-time on time. For us, Burgraff will always be the one to call!
Burgraff started off strong, very responsive. Then they left us sitting for 2+ Months in a house with an almost completely get it downstairs. They lied to us multiple times, claiming months in a house with an almost completely gutted downstairs. They lied to us multiple times, claiming that we had to be out of our house for 4 to 6 weeks for flooring installation. We finally reached out to the flooring company directly, who told us that Burgraff had pushed them to write a fraudulent letter to submit to the insurance stating the 4-6 week timeline And assured us, we really did not need to be up for more than a week. This was after us repeatedly telling them we did not want to be out for the long and questioning the reasoning. Our PM just kept lying to us and got mad when questioned. Our insurance adjuster was frustrated with them and so were we, so we eventually had to take it all on ourselves. We’re now 3 months in and just starting to get things moving.
Just used recently for home damage Very professional work, very friendly, they make sure the job gets done the right way. Overall great Costumer service.
