Burggraf is untrustworthy. With multiple delays and getting frustrated with the quality they brought to the table, I let them know I wasn't happy and said maybe we should just stop here. The response was ok, I wil get your final bill together. I received a final "approved" bill stating I still owed several hundred dollars. I noticed some charges that were wrong which made them owe me. So, they revised the final approved bill showing I owe them a couple of thousand dollars and told me it was probably in my best interest to let them finish the work and get more money from insurance to pay for this. I found mistakes with the bill again showing I didn't owe that money. So they revised it a 3rd time. I didnt agree with that bill either but ended up paying it because they were holding the contents from my house they took to clean hostage and refused to give them back till they were paid in full. I hate I chose Burgraff to help my family.

My Project Manager was Jason. He was very attentive to our needs and I can’t say enough good things about him. The work done was impeccable. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are very rude and not willing to work with you. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They do sloppy work and they over charge for services. They take advantage of people going through a difficult time. I will not recommend anyone using them. After tearing up my floors they said they could not replace the sub floor until 3 weeks later which left me with no AC or hot water. I also tried to make a payment and explained I do not have checks and they wanted to charge me 3% to use a card over the phone, usually businesses absorb this fee but they pass it along to the consumer. Terrible customer service!! To make things worse they filed a lien against my property then added interest.

So much runaround. The computer system to give us a quote was mysteriously not working. The delay in quote meant automatic removal of ceiling and insulation b/c of the wait. Then we were told we'd get a $500 discount if we used them the whole job. Never happened. Then when they finally finished they sent bill. I called and asked if they filed insurance and she said she'd send it to insurance guy. Then we get a letter they filed a lien on us! Apparently we are to be reimbursed by our insurance company but there was zero communication about that. I will NEVER use this company again. So horrible.

We used this company for our house and Larry Million and his crew were awesome. I was so stressed out cause this was my daughters house who she lives with two disabled roommates and she is disabled and they were staying in a hotel and I was burning up Larry’s phone everyday but he was calm and very professional and kept me up to date on everything and worked with the insurance adjustor. They did a professional job and I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Burggraph for all your hard work.
