Our newly finished basement flooded during a horrible storm as did most of Old Greenwich. We had standing water in our basement for over 24 hours. We called so many companies and no one called us back due to the influx of calls from all around due to the flooding of the storm. We felt helpless and our basement was getting more and more damaged every second. By the grace of God we found an awesome plumber who fixed our sump pump and also recommended Bowerman Cleaning and Restoration. We called them early afternoon and they got to us by 2pm. They are the only company that called us back (out of 10 companies) almost immediately and we were able to get rid of the water and start the drying/repair process in our basement. They were professional, kind, understanding, helpful, clean, and a life savor to us. They were also kind to our dogs. If it wasn’t for them our basement would STILL be under water and that’s going on over 72 hours. I HIGHLY recommend and suggest calling them if you need their service.
