Fixed the water damage but the remodeling was piss poor. I have light fixtures falling out of the ceiling that obviously were not reinstalled correctly they replaced my floor by placing the new floor over the old floor and im just finding out do to the new floor coming up. Do not use this company.
Update....they said my issues were covered under warranty and after seeing the problems they say its in high traffic areas and due to that reason its not covered. I am married with 5 kids my house is a high traffic area. I will be letting USAA know so they can document it and hopefully use another company going forward. They do not deserve any business.

Working with Max, Krissi, and Mike from the Charlotte Office regarding potentially remediation scope. They have been extremely attentive and provided a lot of value thus far.

They are rebuilding their management department currently, I know because I finally resolved a matter that had been ongoing for over a year. I don't have much hope it will be a successful rebuild, everyone I've talked to sounds absolutely defeated by and about the Charlotte branch.
I hired them for floor repairs, some general kitchen remodeling (cabinets, molding), and painting. Getting the services done was an ordeal. It started in March 2021 and by June 2022 services still were not completed. A manager had come as recently as April 2022, when I offered yet again to go ahead and pay, but he declined and good thing; the cabinets were never finished.
In June 2022, a lady called from Colorado. She screamed, ranted, and hung up the phone when I explained the lack of payment. I called the Charlotte branch and found out my missing counter tops were in their warehouse, but I was done. I offered to pay, minus the incomplete items from the estimate (btw, all of this is documented in multiple emails and texts, plus evidence of phone calls if not the contents between June 2021 regarding the need for an updated estimate/bill and remaining services; my insurance was cc'd on all of them), and I got a wonderful response! No joking, she was fantastic. She admitted the branch's struggles recovering from the exact individuals who had worked on my property and she updated the bill. I paid.
Another woman from Atlanta called. Not rude, but sarcastic to be sure. "Why didn't you pay your full bill?" was the gist. I called her, explained again.
Here's the thing: Nobody knew what anybody else was doing. Even a month ago. There is no internal communication, no manner in which they can attach notes to a job, and no plan to increase communication. Colorado doesn't know what Charlotte knows that Atlanta doesn't know to tell Colorado.
Work with them at your extreme caution, based off my experiences. I am hopeful for the new Charlotte manager but doubtful knowing my experiences with 2 other ineffectual departments.

We used the company to paint an apartment building. There were quality issues which they admitted in an email. However, they refuse to respond to multiple emails to resolve the situation. I've tried over and over to give them a chance, but they flat out ignore us. I'm shocked given we have spent tens of thousands of dollars on painting and water damage repairs.
However, they are really fast to respond when they think it's a new project, as they incorrectly sent someone out to re-quote the paint job that they did themselves recently did! Ironically they were more than ready to re-paint their own paint job, which sure appears to be proof their initial job wasn't done well.
