I am SO happy with this mitigation company!! Malique has gone above and beyond to help us. He was professional, had all the answers to our questions and kept our house as clean and comfortable as possible during the drying out and demolition process. He really is an employee that cares about the clients and it shows! Wish all companies had employees with hearts like him. Will definitely use them again if we need this service.

Very professional crew. Everything from start to finish was flawless. Great communication with Nick who was in charge of the work. We had ceiling damage so the sheet rock was cut out and the leaking pipe was fixed. The sheet rock was replaced and the ceiling was painted. The work was excellent. You can’t tell the ceiling was ever damaged. I would definitely use Bly Sky again.

Malique is AMAZING. Not only did he do an exceptional job, work timely, and provide continuous information, he eased my mind with how the mitigation would take place. While we had a rocky start with our claim (not with BluSky) he made sure to inform me every step of the way. He was a great conversationalist and gave some great laughs. The amount of knowledge Malique has is extraordinary, he gave so many suggestions regarding next steps, and pack-out. However the pack our piece was delayed (not due to Malique) his suggestions should have been taken into account. If there is anyone who deserves recognition, it’s this gentleman. BluSky is lucky have an employee like Malique, and I’m thankful I had the opportunity to work with him. Give this man a raise!

Ken Starr our restoration project manager did an excellent job. Leo also did great making sure everything was finished. Malik did an excellent job with the mitigation process. One of the techs did cause some excessive damage with our walls and didn't communicate well with us about the work being done. We also didn't get much communication from the original manager Michael who started our project. I would still recommend this company now that the management has changed.
