BluSky Restoration Contractors and National Project Manager, Tad Marshburn went above and beyond a 5 Star Rating! Professionalism, punctuality, friendliness and best of all outstanding workmanship on the project! I was especially impressed with the Weekly progress reports including photos once our project got going! I would recommend them and I give them a 10 Star Review!

We are excited and grateful to soon be able to enjoy our new and improved condo. It has been a pleasure to deal with Tad Marshburn and David Melendez. They both have been so accommodating to answer questions and allow us to view our place when we travel down from Virginia. The construction crews work is much appreciated. We especially like the quality of the windows and doors and the quietness from the traffic noise. Our favorite time of the week is Fridays when we get the weekly updates of progress to the condos. Keeping homeowners informed who live a distance away from South Carolina has given us a sense of being on site and seeing the transformation. Thank You Blusky Gary and Wanda Riddle Ocean Bridge 8B35

Tad and his team have done an amazing job at Ocean Bridge. We are so pleased with the quality of workmanship, the finishes, and the final product. We are really pleased with the upgrade product choices that were offered. Lastly, the ongoing professional communication each week has been so encouraging. Again, thank you to Tad, his team, David, and all of BluSky for a job well done. A36 Charles and Martha

Fixed the water damage but the remodeling was piss poor. I have light fixtures falling out of the ceiling that obviously were not reinstalled correctly they replaced my floor by placing the new floor over the old floor and im just finding out do to the new floor coming up. Do not use this company. Update....they said my issues were covered under warranty and after seeing the problems they say its in high traffic areas and due to that reason its not covered. I am married with 5 kids my house is a high traffic area. I will be letting USAA know so they can document it and hopefully use another company going forward. They do not deserve any business.

They are rebuilding their management department currently, I know because I finally resolved a matter that had been ongoing for over a year. I don't have much hope it will be a successful rebuild, everyone I've talked to sounds absolutely defeated by and about the Charlotte branch. I hired them for floor repairs, some general kitchen remodeling (cabinets, molding), and painting. Getting the services done was an ordeal. It started in March 2021 and by June 2022 services still were not completed. A manager had come as recently as April 2022, when I offered yet again to go ahead and pay, but he declined and good thing; the cabinets were never finished. In June 2022, a lady called from Colorado. She screamed, ranted, and hung up the phone when I explained the lack of payment. I called the Charlotte branch and found out my missing counter tops were in their warehouse, but I was done. I offered to pay, minus the incomplete items from the estimate (btw, all of this is documented in multiple emails and texts, plus evidence of phone calls if not the contents between June 2021 regarding the need for an updated estimate/bill and remaining services; my insurance was cc'd on all of them), and I got a wonderful response! No joking, she was fantastic. She admitted the branch's struggles recovering from the exact individuals who had worked on my property and she updated the bill. I paid. Another woman from Atlanta called. Not rude, but sarcastic to be sure. "Why didn't you pay your full bill?" was the gist. I called her, explained again. Here's the thing: Nobody knew what anybody else was doing. Even a month ago. There is no internal communication, no manner in which they can attach notes to a job, and no plan to increase communication. Colorado doesn't know what Charlotte knows that Atlanta doesn't know to tell Colorado. Work with them at your extreme caution, based off my experiences. I am hopeful for the new Charlotte manager but doubtful knowing my experiences with 2 other ineffectual departments.
