BluCAL is great! The past couple of years I've had leaking/water damage in my apartment due to the rain (this year being the worst) and have gotten to know these guys well! They really care about the tenants, including their pets (they're so good with my guy Wally). They take the time to communicate with you so you understand what will be happening, and they'll work with you on adjusting as to how to live with those noisy machines. They've been fantastic in helping me get through a very stressful time this year.
BluCal was a great company to work with. They were extremely responsive & handled everything immediately for far less money than we had thought. Everything they promised they delivered on, & we will be definitely calling them back again if we have any signs of water damage.
These guys came a for roof leak and showed up within 1 hour. Had the leak identified and fixed within another hour and we were all set. Very reasonably priced. Exceptional service and we haven't had leak since. Highly recommend this contractor.
