When my house was absolutely destroyed by water damage during Christmas and I was out of town, Best Cleanup rushed over the same day and worked until all the damage was gone and drying was started. They took care of everything from removal of all water logged walls, floors and ceilings all the way through to the repair and remodel process. They were unbelievably professional and when my insurance company did not seem to want to take care of their side in a timely manner, Jose and Gabriela stepped in to help me out more than I could have even hoped for. The repairs were also completed faster than I would have thought considering how much needed to be done. This whole process, although a massive headache from the insurance company, was only made easier with all the help, consideration and quality of Best Cleanup. I first enjoyed the services of Best Cleanup about 20 years ago. We had just added a new room over our garage. It flooded and Best Cleanup cleared up the damage and prevented further damage in a very timely and thorough manner. We have no further issues from the flooding and no other flooding but if we had further flooding or damage of any kind we would immediately call Best Cleanup. Marion C.

After a traumatic experience of a tree falling through my house, I was left with mold, mildew, and 2/3 of a house needing rebuild. Jose and his team helped put me at ease, negotiating with my insurance company on the cost of repair to make me whole again. We had a couple issues with subcontractors and the entire team at Best Cleanup went above and beyond making sure I was completely satisfied before closing out the job.

Best Cleanup responded right away to my 2nd floor toilet overflowing and flooding the first floor. The great flood of my house could have been worse, where it not for their promptness and attention. They not only acted quickly drying the house but also in the restortion process. I had constant communication with the staff and felt like I could trust them and was in good hands. Definitely recommend to others!
