Poor communication and minimal effort to fix their own mistakes in timely manner. Obviously cater to businesses over residential jobs, leading to delays of months and months for homeowners. Usually no onsite supervision, and frequently do not do things right the first time. Expect to do your own Quality Control and spend enormous time hounding them to follow through on their commitments. The work they told us they would complete in just 8 weeks (finishing in April) is still not complete today, now 4.5 months later. See 2 photo examples: broken fireplace and dead light switch that connects to nothing. Both were working fine before Belfor got to them...and months later are still not fixed. Some of their staff seem genuinely concerned about their reputation, but others just want to chase the next job.

My Insurance company sent them out after a storm in January 2021 caused a roof leak. This left us with an undetermined amount of water damage that we just didn't know how to handle. They were out to our house in less than 24 hours to assess the damage and start drying things out. Being that it was in the midsts of the pandemic, all of the staff was masked and fully respectful of SDing in our house at all times. A huge comfort. Brian ended up being our main go to person for the majority of the project, and it ended up being bigger than we anticipated due to the extent of the damage. But it was almost zero stress to us with how on top of everything he was. We went into this ordeal feeling overwhelmed, but with the care and expertise of this company, came out with our home looking better than it did before the storm.

This company takes advantage! I don't know who's running things but they've been on my mother's house for over six weeks on a sub foundation plumbing break in the kitchen and it's still not complete! She doesn't have cabinets or a sink and there's nobody there working. They show up for a few hours then she doesn't see them for days. They also recently informed her that the completion date is going to be six weeks out. This job is a two week job!...if it was done by professional tradesmen. Their employees are amateur at best. It pisses me off to hear my 60 yr old mother is being carelessly disregarded by this company so that they can run out the clock with the homeowners insurance company and continue to back charge them for all of their unnecessary time spent. I unfortunately do not live in Fresno I live in Sacramento and am unable to help her. I am in fact a general contractor and know that this job should have been over long ago.
