In Early March of this year I met with Matt Young out of the Jacksonville Office for water damage sustained to my home. At first he was timely, professional and easy to arrange meetings with. I spent a couple of hours with him showing him the project, he took measurements, had me sign paperwork so that he could talk to the Insurance company on my behalf a month ago. The one time in a month when I was able to get him on the phone, we discussed that even if my insurance was not going to pick it up, the work still needed to get done. I asked "Do they do this type of repairs and can I get an estimate to proceed self - pay" "Sure no Problem"......... Crickets !!!
I have been texting him, calling the office only to deal with a fellow Mike who has no idea what I am talking about but assures me he will give Matt the message to get back to me yesterday. No call No Nothing, called back again today - Matt is in a meeting....
I get a text message from this clown "I am not going to be able to get to this....."
Mike was going to get to the bottom of this... the GM got involved and the answer I got was " they don't want to do it" What in the hell ?
Why did you waste a month of my time ???? NEVERMIND that this is an active leak !!!!!!
DO yourselves a FAVOR STEER clear of this MICKEY MOUSE operation.
