In January of this year we had a house fire that was severe enough we had to evacuate our property. We were devastated beyond words. Dakota with Belfor showed up on the scene and immediately took care of us. Their team is amazing. From Janet taking all of our salvageable furniture, cleaning it, professionally packing it and storing it while the renovation process took place to having a very knowledgeable team of project managers namely Joe and Barney, that kept us informed and saw to it the house was done to our expectation. I won’t say there weren’t “bumps in the road” but in the end Belfor delivered us a beautiful and solid home. We give them 5 stars. Thank you Belfor!

We were met by a sales agent from Belfor as the fire was being extinguished. Once we gathered information on how to proceed with the restoration, the answer was very clear to sign with Belfor. Their presentation to earn our business was detailed and the best part was their estimated time frame was within our expectation. Belfor assigned Joseph Seliner to be our project manager along with Phil Stagg who was our financial manager that had all the answers related to insurance. During our initial visit with this Belfor team, Joe listened, asked important questions, and had a list ready to make the work begin once the company had our signature in hand. All the work was done based on a well-designed schedule and we were present to view the work on a regular basis as it progressed. Each sub-contractor was under the approval by Joe and it was his responsibility to see that work was started and completed on time to keep the completion date on target. Joe succeeded on all he promised and did so with a professional approach. He was always available to answer questions, explain upcoming work, and made sure the results were 100% satisfactory and actually finished the job in less time than initially suggested. The result of the restoration is simply beautiful. Because of Joe, it is clear that we would recommend Belfor for all of your restoration needs. Should we ever need them again, we have no hesitation in calling on Joe again to help us rebuild.

Belfor was responsible for a restoration of our school library after a fire totally destroyed it during the snow event the early part of February 2021. This was a monumental task, hampered by the amount of disasters in our state. But the team at Belfor did everything in their power to get the job done! They provided quality service and are definitely team players. We recommend them completely.

After a fire destroyed our home in November 2019, Belfor helped us through the entire process from cleanup to complete rebuilding of our home. Everyone was wonderful. Joe Sellner, the project manager for our rebuild, was exceptional. He kept workers on site constantly (in spite of COVID) to get us back in our home as soon as possible. Joe is personable, reliable, patient, and was very helpful in all areas while working with us. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

This company is awesome. They took excellent care of my house. I had a water leak that damaged the entire hardwood floors. Gregory Snydal and Phil Stagg with Belfor were very professional and knowledgeable when it came time to rebuild. Their care and concern was excellent and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They have great communication and are quick to respond and address any questions or concerns you may have. I would definitely and highly recommend this company for all your property restoration needs.🙂 Thanks again for the excellent customer service and work !! You guys Rock ! They got er done 😎
