We had Bay view Restoration come give us a quote to ge the asbestos removed from our Basement. I had two other companys come and give quotes as well. When Stanislav came to my house he was very professional and very friendly. Looked at everything with me and went over how the process worked. After I got the quote it was so well done, I was able to send it to my insurane company who had no issue writing a check to get this done. When the crew came to start the work Rodrick was the person onsite and he was amazing. Rodrick crew did such an amazing job. When the Environmetal Hygienist came to the house they also was blown away but how clean the job site was. they had no issues sweeping throw and taking air simples. the report came back free of asbestos. No asbestos was found outside the site so the seal was Perfect. I Had the help of Sylvia in the office she was really get at setting up scheduling and didnt have any issues updating me on things as they unfolded. I would 100% recommend them for any Restoration needs.
I can not say enough good things about Stanislav!! After purchasing an older home, we had Mold Testing done (by an in dependent company) with several "Overloaded" results. In anticipation of remediating, Stas came out to look at the areas suspected of having mold and also to look at our "Asbestos" tile. He bent down and picked up a piece of the tile and said that he did not think our tile had asbestos in it. And that we should test it before he would do remediation. Likewise, he thoroughly inspected the areas of the house where the mold tests registered "Overloaded". He questioned the presence of Mold, as well, based on his observations and his equipment. At his urging, we had a 2nd company re-do the Mold testing and indeed, Stas was right!!! We did NOT need remediation for either MOLD or ASBESTOS!!! A lesser man would have taken our money and performed remediation that did not need to happen. AND, equally important to us, Stas was patient and very generous with his time, taking every one of my calls, as I tried to reconcile the two conflicting reports. In this day and age, honor and integrity are hard to find. Stas exemplifies them!!!
Bayview has helped me on two mold remediation jobs now during the past year. Always professional, they have given me a fair estimate prior to starting the work. They have also been extremely thorough with the work. I have been impressed by the quality of their work, timeliness, and helpful attitude. That goes from the estimator, to the folks doing the remediation, to their front office personnel. In short, highly recommend!
Bay view restoration did an amazing job. Their team was knowledgeable, punctual, and efficient. They removed a significant amount of asbestos tiles in two floors and sealed the mastic, all at a great price. I would highly recommend them for any problems with asbestos
I can't recommend this business highly enough. We had what we thought was potential asbestos exposure in our basement. I called Bay View on a Saturday and Stas answered immediately. After explaining the problem to him and texting him photos which he reviewed on the spot, he gave me a preliminary assessment over the phone. Who does that anymore? He reassured me that he did not believe the material was asbestos. Markus arrived on time on Monday to take a sample for further analysis. The next day I had the results -- no asbestos! Stas and Marius are the real deal. Honest, dependable, and hard working. A paradigm of professionalism. A thousand stars!
