We had water damage and mold in our Condo. Jose came out to inspect the home and found moisture in multiple locations. As a part of an HOA he told us that moisture will be covered by the HOA so we proceeded by ripping out the drywall. When it came to putting the drywall back in so we can install new windows he told us he had to write a raport to HOA to see if they pay after he told us they will pay for it and after he ripped everything out already! Obviously HOA always finds a way not to pay! Jose’s 7000.- Bid to fix 3 windows was the absolute tip of the iceberg. JUST DRYWALL!! Just terrible service, ghosting to the max, Super unprofessional, promising things that were not true and then outrageous bid so he doesn’t have to fix his mistakes! I am disgusted! Never again!!

At first things seemed to be going great. Then there was frequent problems with being basically ghosted, never getting a response, having my messages ignored, and eventually they abandoned our job. They didn't even tell us they were too busy to finish our job, we just stopped hearing from them. If that wasn't bad enough, the work they did do was pretty poor quality. There are things I told them I wanted to see before they closed it off that they did not show me, so I'll never know, but then there are things they obviously did very poorly. For example, they put a wall back in crooked, the difference wasn't small either, a bit over 3/4" slope in a 3' space. They put the wrong type of sheetrock in the bathroom, put sheetrock in spots it shouldn't be and didn't put it in spots they should have. They cut the subfloor wrong for the drain pipe for the bathtub, which is strange because you can see they marked the correct spot on the board, but just didn't cut it there. When I finally found someone to finish the job they started, I had to have them fix so much of what was done. It created a real headache to do something as simple as install the bathtub because literally everything around that part of the job was done wrong. From a crooked wall, improperly cut sub floor, incorrect framing and the wrong sheetrock as well as the wrong placement of that sheetrock, it was an absolute headache. It's a shame because I really liked them. I thought Thomas was very friendly, honest, and easy to work with. Ultimately they abandoned us, seemingly because they got too busy and left us with a headache and a job that took us over 9 months to get done.

They are a First Class Company with THE BEST CONSTRUCTION CREWS AROUND. THEY DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. My neighbor tried to save money by going with another company for our shared fence, THEY WERE TERRIBLE.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR HIRE BANCONN FOR ALL OF YOUR CONSTRUCTION NEEDS, THE WHOLE AND FENCING !
