Disappointed with ATI's service and pricing! I recently had an unpleasant experience with ATI when I hired them to replace the flooring in my home. Initially, they provided me with a quote that seemed reasonable. However, upon completion of the project, they charged me significantly more than what was agreed upon in the initial agreement. Not only did ATI fail to communicate any changes in pricing throughout the process, but the quality of their work also left much to be desired. The floor installation was sloppy, with multiple noticeable flaws and uneven surfaces. Additionally, the project took much longer than anticipated, causing unnecessary inconvenience and disruption to my daily routine. During multiple occasions, the workers would show up very late and take hours of breaks during the day, which caused the job to take a lot longer than expected. I had several conversations with the workers who did were used due to their illegal status in the country. These workers were paid low wages. I reached out to ATI regarding the discrepancies in pricing, but their customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. They showed no willingness to rectify the situation or address my concerns. I strongly advise against using ATI for any flooring projects. Their lack of transparency, poor quality of work, and disregard for customer satisfaction are extremely disheartening. I regret choosing them and hope that others can learn from my unfortunate experience. Please look for another company to replace your floor if you don’t want any headaches.
Multiple reasons for a bad review. Project is finally complete but that’s more credit to the crew ATI subcontracted to do the work than anything ATI did. ATI was assigned by our insurance and despite assuring us they would move fast to replace drywall and floors immediately after they were removed, it took 6 weeks of living with plastic and sheets taped to the floor before the crew showed up. Every delay and error was on their end but neither the project director nor project manager actually took any responsibility. I swear if I hadn’t called regularly to ask about the status of our project we’d still be waiting for an update. No one communicated to each other so I had to repeatedly send photos or explain the issues. When I asked about something not being the way it was originally I got the runaround (thankfully I had photos which they never bothered to request originally). More excuses followed. The work is ‘done’ now but the crew never installed a transition strip between floorings and missed some caulking … but I’m so tired of following up with ATI, I’m doing it myself. No one from ATI has visited or followed up to see how work went, but honestly it wouldn’t make a difference. Wish I could bill them for missed work when they didn’t show up as scheduled, time spent calling them, and supplies to finish the stuff they missed.
ATI was a lifesaver for us this past Spring. We were planning on putting our house on the market in mid-April but we discovered a slab leak on April 2nd! ATI came immediately to provide water mitigation services. They were so responsive, careful, and professional that we decided to use them for all of the reconstruction repairs. They knew we were in a massive time crunch to get our house on the market and were actually able to finish the entire reconstruction by the beginning of June! It was not only fast but quality work from beginning to end. A big THANKS and much GRATITUDE to JAY and CHRIS for the incredible work they did for us in such a condensed amount of time!! ATI is lucky that I had to leave at least one star. They came out and we signed a contract a few weeks later. The rep said once we pay our deductible we will get started. Paid the deductible and got no call or follow up. Called rep and he said would need new contract with up to date dates. Waited another week and nothing came in and he just gave a lot of excuses. Finally decided to cancel and it has been 3 weeks of getting my deductible back. The rep never answers and when I call the main line I am transferred. For the last 2 weeks they have said they are changing systems so it couldn't be processed until Oct 2nd. Just called and the rep said that was wrong and now it's Oct 16th and she wasn't sure why anyone told me a different date. To pay for a service and not get the service or a refund is just thievery. BEWARE - CALL SOMEONE ELSE.
We have actually used ATI twice. We had a flooding issue back in 2017 and ATI was our restoration company. Everything was handled so efficiently and professionally that when we had another flooding issue in 2022 we requested ATI. I would highly recommend ATI without hesitation.
