Arcus agreed to do our water damage after the Christmas storm. They came in , ripped up my floors. In the process the damaged walls, doors left nails hanging out or the floor. Ruined the wood on the staircase. After meeting with the project manager John a month later, he said he’s not willing to finish the job. So it two months later and we have no floors and holes in the walls. Do not trust this company! Our contract also called for epoxy floors in garage and wants to slap paint down. In my opinion he’s not really a contractor, he’s lazy and doesn’t wants to do what he agreed to I’m adding to the list of items they did, removed air vents/ducts under house and never replaced them. I guess we are now heating the crawl space

The folks who work here are hard working and professional
They are able to handle drying, mold removal and the replacement of flooring, all on their own. No need to have multiple companies to deal with, it’s all done under one name.
My new kitchen flooring looks great!

Insurance claim filed end of July. Was told they would have the floor redone by end of August. They pushed the date back.. and again.. and again. The latest was to start on November 28. Work would commence on December 1. Today they called.. it will be a couple more weeks because they’re over booked. Over booked since August? September? October? If you book someone to do the work how are you over booked? We are already booked. At this point the floor is torn up, there is visqueen blocking off the oven and fridge, everything was removed from the flooring area, the floor has no due to failure to fix fallen through.. no sense of urgency? Very unprofessional, very amateur. I would never recommend this place to anyone including my worst enemy. At this point come Monday the Better Business Bureau will be contacted. If required we will take further action. If you cannot handle the workload don’t book it.I should also mentioned funds were paid and tied up since October for upgraded flooring. Again.. they called Thanksgiving eve.. way to ruin a holiday.

ARCUS did a professional, guality, and trustworthy service. The associates were knowledgeable, trustworthy, and customer friendly while producing a quality finished product. The support staff were outstanding in providing updates on sequencing and scheduling tasks that supported our input and approval. Their coordination with our insurance adjuster on our issues was outstanding! Best I’ve ever dealt with during a nightmare disaster.

The workers were call very polite and professional! Anthony, John, Jeremiah and Dalton were great!!! Everything they did they explained and showed me and being a widow I appreciated that I knew what exactly was being done!! If I ever need any more work done I will definitely call this company!!! Thanks to all .
