The equipment was set up on Friday. Someone came and monitored the progress. They have answered all my questions, assisting me through the process. Monday, they removed the dehumidifier and fans. Next steps/in process: cleaning where sewage water fell on floor and walls in basement, repair of floor and walls in bathroom and basement walls. (working with insurance)
Just a consultation and turns out I need a different service than AWD can provide, but Lance was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He talked me through the situation and gave me good advice. Would come back to them if I have another problem they can help with next time.
