WARNING ‼️ Beware of this company they are not who they say they are!!! Please stay away from this company called them for a small amount of water damage to our house from our washing machine Travis!! Arrived on sene we explained what happen but first we told him we had no homeowners!! He says oh don’t stress we gonna take good care of you from start to finish his crew came in and cut up almost our entire home destroyed the crawl space they did way more damage to my home then the water. Now we’re stuck with expensive repair bills and this company sent me a 27,000k bill to cut up my home so I’ve had to seek legal action. Please take my advise and stay far away from these scammers!!!!!! Rate them 0/10

Haven't reached the repair side of things yet, so can't speak to that, but Corey on the mitigation team has been amazing through this process even with all the hurdles this old house is throwing at us. He comes by every day to check in and takes as much time as needed to answer my endless amount of questions. Everyone I've spoken with and had out to my property has been so kind, helpful, and patient throughout this nightmare. Definitely recommend.

My experience with AWD was so stress relieving the restoration team came in and did a awesome job. Cory did fantastic job cleaning up and he came each day to check the fans. Cory is a very dependable and respectful. Great job.

The drying out section of the business did a decent job albeit one guy smelled like alcohol. The reconstruction portion was very poor quality work and they were difficult to deal with. They did not do prep work on the slab. This causes the lvp flooring to to have to much give in certain areas, which will cause premature failure(asked the subcontractor about this but they were dismissive). The bathroom vanity sink drain started to leak since it wasn't install properly (fixed this by resetting the sink). The baseboard have areas where they were partially cut into. On top of this the job took substantially longer to complete and the first time it was scheduled the subcontractor didn't show up. The excuse was the flooring wasn't ready yet the flooring was a Lowe's brand flooring with more than 90 cases at the local Lowe's. They need to get a new subcontractor (never work with friends). The floor is already failing in less than a month
