Micheal Garcia, can't talk well enough about the man. He approaches and is friendly, he knows more about the industry then anyone I've talked to. He puts a person at ease and is the kind of guy that will give ya the shirt off his back if you needed it. His work ethic is wonderful, I had a small leak after their repair, came out on his day off to seal the window again. Old school business approach that how you treat the customer is important, and he shows that in his attitude and friendly approach. He takes time to answer questions, give advice, he even taught a bit while he was out at my property. If you hire this man or the people who he chooses to work with you are hiring quality you can't find today in many places. You can trust them with the house key or your treasured pets and most of all your home needs. As an former team guy we had a question when bringing someone on board: can you trust this person with your money and your wife? I would say Micheal qualifies for both. Might very well be the best person I have met in all of Albuquerque.

A leak and subsequent mold was discovered in my main bathroom. I had a very pleasant experience working with American Restoration for the mold remediation, restoration and remodeling of my bathroom. The Project Manager, David Harbaugh, was always very responsive, helpful, friendly, kind and kept me well informed. The team of Donovan, David D., Jeffrey and Luis and all the other plumbers, painters and tile layers were very professional, helpful and friendly and did quality work. I am very pleased with the results. They were great people to work with. Thank you to David H. and the team.

I have to add another review after Andrew F. came today to tie up some loose ends on our restoration after a grade 3 water issue that happened several months ago. He came in with such efficiency and attention to detail to install baseboards in our bedrooms and cove base in our bathroom, among other tasks. Our house is older and these baseboards required some finessing to fit correctly. Andrew made our rooms look like a new build! Andrew is talented in so many disciplines: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting,- I'm sure there are more. Because of his exceptional craftsmanship, we requested Andrew by name because we know he will do the best job.

There are multiple teams that come in to do specific jobs from pack out, to demolition to rebuild, paint and pack back in. This company is absolutely amazing. My house and our needs were met with utmost respect. I highly recommend them for your needs. What was an overwhelming home loss, American Restoration teams made this so easy on us.

I do not usually leave negative reviews but in this case I am making an exception. I was referred to American Restoration by my insurance company. I did not hesitate to schedule with them and my first interaction with them was positive. Now once the insurance approved their estimate it was a different story. They did not return my calls or emails, I called multiple times over about a month period trying to have them schedule my repair. Once I called to cancel with them, they became very aggressive, rude, threatening, and to top it all they accused me of not being flexible when that was a lie. I could not believe the terrible customer service and how unprofessional they became. Maybe my project was so small (to them) that it didn’t make the top of their priority list. I would hope that this is not how they usually treat their customer but nonetheless it’s fair for customers to know what they may be facing when selecting them to work with.
