Kevin in his team at Alpine are a combination of expert care/services and genuine & honest people. Alpine truly cared about my home, my time and getting my home to BETTER than it was before! Alpine gave us the absolute best customer service we have ever received! All of their employees were kind and and very helpful. A special thanks to Kaitlyn our project manager who went above and beyond. We hope to never need this kind off service again but if we do Alpine will be the ones we call. I own an insurance agency in S. Everett and we often get calls from clients who have experienced water loss due to broken pipes, malfunctioning appliances or windstorm damage to their roofs. I always recommend that these clients check with Alpine Cleaning & Restoration when they are deciding on their "next steps" for water clean up and repair because I know that Alpine is locally owned and that their employees treat each of our clients like family. They are fair, honest, and dependable. They are my first call if we run into any problems at our home or business locations.

Our production facility floor was flooded by rain water. Our affected area was between 2000-3000 square feet. We called Alpine after 8:pm. They had a crew out and were busy removing water damage by 10:pm. They were professional, well equipped with dehumidifiers, water extraction tools, fans, etc. We were lucky to discover the flooding early and fortunate to have Alpine mitigating the water damage through the night. Without their quick response the damage to our building and our merchandise would have been much greater.

We encountered a flood in our basement which has bedrooms and bathroom. The guys at Alpine are friendly, informative, quick and efficient. Kraven was easy to talk to and explained every step and what I could expect. Hector updated me during all stages, even notified me of lunch and breaks. (Totally unexpected but appreciated) All the employees from dispatch to inspector, to guys out in the field, have been absolutely wonderful. In a time of stress and exhaustion this Company has been a major blessing. Thank you so much.❤
