So I just initially left a higher review but am amending my rating here based on my final experience. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I want to share my experience and you decide. Victor gave a great first impression but has been unresponsive to my concerns as my house still tests with mold only 3 days after they finished the job and were paid. Abraham picked up the equipment and did not intend to clean up all the plastic that was used to encapsulate the area until I asked him to remove it. I asked him about the black stuff still under the sink and he said “that’s not mold, mold doesn’t grow on concrete.” I sent pictures of the mold testing I did to Victor and to the main office. I was told Abraham would reach out…no call was received. My husband reached out and was told Abraham would call today…no call back. If you are expecting professional mold removal from this company I would be wary. I’m including pictures of what remains in my air and sink area after their professional cleaning and you can decide if you want to work with them. I feel like I just paid $2600 to have my kitchen cabinet ripped out and dishwasher not functioning after they had to move it. And still have mold!

I can’t say enough good things about All Pro Restoration. After a sprinkler head unexpectedly broke and allowed water into my home while I was away, they responded quickly and professionally. Their team thoroughly assessed the damage, immediately began the drying and mitigation process, and kept me informed every step of the way. What could have been a very stressful situation was made much easier thanks to their expertise, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. The drying process was handled efficiently, and they treated my home with care and respect throughout the entire project. If you’re ever faced with water damage, I highly recommend All Pro Restoration. Their professionalism, communication, and quality of work exceeded my expectations. I am sincerely grateful to Abraham Zapata and Felix for their integrity, diligence, responsiveness, patience, and meticulous work during a stressful mold remediation situation at our home. From the beginning, Abraham communicated candidly, answered questions thoughtfully, and approached the situation with appropriate seriousness without resorting to alarmism or dismissiveness. Both Abraham and Felix worked efficiently, respectfully, and to the fullest extent of their abilities throughout the remediation process. What stood out most was their balance of technical competence and genuine humanity. They did not minimize the necessity of the work, nor did they appear interested in inflating the situation unnecessarily. I consistently felt they were trying to deliver the most conscientious and thorough service possible rather than simply maximize profit. The pricing was fair relative to the scope of work completed, and I appreciated the clarity regarding what remediation would and would not include. I also want to recognize Crystal Barela at the front desk/reception. She was gracious, accommodating, personable, responsive, and reassuring throughout the process. Every interaction I had with the All Pro Restoration team felt respectful and supportive. Abraham and Felix were prompt, communicative, considerate of the property, and easy to work with during a complicated home sale situation. All Pro was professional from beginning to end. They walked through all the repairs with me and outlined all the next steps. They even recommended multiple other companies for different work I needed done. They were prompt for all of the appointments and communication in between. I would highly recommend.
