Called All Pro and several other companies for a consultation and estimate regarding mold mitigation. All Pro was the quickest to respond and highly professional. Victor showed up on time and helped me to determine that remediation was unnecessary in my specific situation. That alone spoke volumes to the character, honesty, and transparency of Victor and All Pro Restorations!!
We found mold in our rental basement and were incredibly lucky to have had All Pro Restoration take care of the removal. I had the pleasure of working with many members of the team over the course of 9 days and they were all extremely professional, timely and caring. I am so thankful to their team and the efficient work that they performed. I would highly recommend their services.

All Pro Restorations is a first class operation. Mike, Victor, Abraham and Chris are all true professional. They showed up when they said they would and explained every bit of the process in advance. They treated my home as if it was their own and left it cleaner then when they arrived. Special thanks to Victor Olivas our job leadman for taking such good care of us.
They over-billed on every item and hours! My insurance company had a difficult time dealing with them and I did too! I would not recommend them at all. They would not even schedule a date to bring my belongings back until I hand delivered the insurance check! The estimate included pack out and pack back, obviously if they take it they’re are going to bring it back. My insurance company and I paid the bill in full and then was charged for the pack back! 1,695.88, 2 hours of work! I questioned over and over again that it was already paid, and was just told to just submit it to insurance again. I sent copy of estimate showing pack back, never addressed the fact that it had already been paid. This will result in increased premiums, bilking insurance is NOT OK. They also charged $441.98 for the use of 20 packing blankets, which I’m sure they use over and over again. They charged for special gloves and clothing that was disclosed not even used after looking at photos. $53.00 to dispose of 20 feet of construction paper/tape used on the floor. I could go on and on. The employees that worked onsite were great! But being ripped off insurance or not is NOT ok! Really took advantage of insurance company! And I have a huge deductible, and was hoping initially not to file a claim. I should’ve realized when they were the only one who could come during our big rain. The best companies had a wait list! DO NOT USE THEM!
