When we were looking for a contractor to handle a detailed home demo job we were beyond pleased when Justin showed up on site. Professional, early (which is on time for us), excited about the project and detailed from his truck to the level of questions he asked. The initial full home demo turned out great and we've since used them on every single project, each one a better experience than the last. The All Dry team is top notch and I would recommend anyone looking for a good demo crew to look no further.

We had some spots on the ceiling and were worried it was either water or mold. I gave my husband the information for All Dry and on his day off called in hopes to schedule an inspection. He was originally told they could be at the house in an hour. A few minutes later he got a call saying they would be there in 15 minutes. Talk about service. My husband was thinking he was going to have to schedule out for another day completely. Jake came and inspected the spots. Luckily and oddly enough there was no water damage or mold. Jake cleaned up the spots and left his number should we ever need anything. No charge to us. If we should ever need anything it’s definitely the first place we’re calling.

Justin and his crew were great! A burst pipe at a neighbor's business caused a flood at mine. They responded quickly and cleaned up the water and dried things out, took up the ruined floor. During the cleanup they found a lot of mold in a wall from a previous roof leak. Justin was clear about what needed to be done and more than helpful in trying to get it done. Went above and beyond to help, but an uncooperative landlord prevented a real fix from happening. The communication was good; they were friendly and worked hard trying to get their part of the job done. Justin was so helpful and responsive. In a stressful situation he gave me confidence it could be handled. I'd highly recommend him and his crew to anyone!

I would recommend this Company to EVERYONE!! The whole crew were very professional, fast to respond to our urgent condition for the health of our family. The owner Justin is very professional, and very knowledgeable about mold and water damage. Alberto and Mike also were hard workers that even took time to talk to my husband and myself about how to keep the air in our home healthy. I would never use a different Company!!

When both my sump pump and water backup system failed overnight, my basement was under water by morning. All Dry was recommended and dispatched to my home by Universal Plumbing whose plumber was replacing the broken sump. Jake from All Dry arrived first to set up the equipment, followed by Chad who assessed and thoroughly documented the situation, patiently putting up with my harried rambling. He ordered more equipment which arrived promptly in 2 more vans - a team effort in an impressive time frame. Their courtesy, attention to the problem, and clear explanations of the process were awesome. They worked a full day (without a break) on remediation, moving everything they could to higher ground, and Chad kept me informed about the function of the equipment. He called the following day to check on the drying progress, and they spent much of the next day working to keep mold from spreading, minimizing damage to the walls, etc. - again keeping me in the loop, explaining what was happening. After a head-smacking amount of various major repairs in the past two years and more than one debacle with "experts" in different fields, I feel qualified to honestly assess service techs and repair companies. Because of their work ethic and transparency throughout the process, All Dry is at the top of the list of trustworthy and knowledgeable professionals who truly earned my recommendation and my respect.
