Just bought a poorly maintained house with probably no air vent cleaning for the past 10 years. When the technician showed me how much mold it has accumulated inside and spreader around already, it was horrific. Luckily they told me everything can be cleaned and repaired. After 3 hours, the house is clean and no more mold!
The technician Sky and his team are very good and patient with new house owners, and they did a good job on explaining what needs to be done. Giving honest opinion and they don’t push me into buying anything. Everything comes from their suggestion on how to maintenance a healthy air flow in your house.
I am impressed.
Plus, it only takes $200-300 each year and one hour to clean the vents. Recommend everyone to do so. Say goodbye to mold, allergy and toxic air :)

Tech scheduled to come back out to seal up plenum tomorrow.
Over the phone also reiterated that properly treated and killed mold can be painted over, and details about the warranty for the HVAC mold coming back.
Overall the company has been extremely responsive for both the initial quote/inspection and performing the work same day. They clearly focus on receiving positive reviews when work hasn't met original expectations.

Charged $2,400 to clean up some mold around a/c vents, and clean clothes dryer vent.
They did come and clean a bunch of things, and sprayed some chemicals, and painted over the mold spots. They ran fan/filter boxes for a few hours while working, and vacuumed a variety of things.
Service was today, so I can't speak to if mold comes back, or if clothes dryer functions properly, but, I do know that a/c returns were not all cleaned ( they did 1, other 2 have some dust on them) and I know they didn't re-seal duct plenum in my attic, and some of the dryer vent clog lint was just left in the attic floor.
People were friendly, but I have strong questions about the value for the very high price.

Sky from Air Quality Express came and completed a full system cleaning for both our upstairs and downstairs AC systems, as well as installing a new Solar Attic Vent Fan to help reduce the temperature in our attic space. The team arrived on time and worked incredibly efficiently, completing the work with minimal disruption. It is good to know that our family will be benefiting from clean air and that we should hopefully be seeing reduced electricity bills from a more efficient system. Thanks Sky and team!

I can't say enough about Air Quality Express and their technicians. Ran, the technician listened to my concerns and examined my air quality problem. Along with backup dust in all my vents, mold was discovered. Ran, thoroughly explained to me the process to clear my vents and to remove the mold. Afterwards, I am 💯 percent happy with my air quality and workmanship of Air Quality Express technicians. Thank you Ran for job well done.

My 5-star experience started from my initial quote request all the way through the service and follow-up. I was looking for a company to do air duct/system and dryer vent cleaning and requested an estimate online. Within 30 minutes of submitting the request for a quote, I was contacted by the office and they were able to send someone out same day to do the initial inspection. The technician was very polite, professional and knowledgeable, talking me through the suggested work and the benefits of getting it all done. Approving the estimate and scheduling the work was quick and easy. On the day of the service, the crew arrived on time and quickly got to work. They took care to protect my belongings and cleaned up after themselves. This service should make a great difference to the air quality in my home. I would definitely recommend Air Quality Express to anyone looking for a professional, high-quality vent cleaning service.
