AdvantaClean was AMAZING. While I was away over the holidays a pipe burst and completely flooded the basement. They came out, took out the carpets, removed damaged ceiling and wallboards and set up all the water extraction devices. They kept me updates on all they were doing, and when I got home a week later, I was so grateful they had responded so quickly to minimize the damage. Everyone was friendly, helpful, respectful, and encouraging. THANK YOU!!!

The AdvantaClean experience went above my expectations. The technicians showed up early (15 min before their scheduled time) and they worked hard in cleaning every duct and vent from the attic to the crawlspace. They did a great job in cleaning up any debris after their work. I immediately noted a difference in air quality after they finished. The excellent quality is well worth the cost!

I was extremely impressed with AdvantaClean from the first time I contacted them. Pete came out right away to my house to assess the damage from a water leak, and they began the mitigation process right away. Everyone on the AdvantaClean team was attentive, professional, and communicative throughout the (lengthy process) of repairing walls, removing/reinstalling flooring, painting, etc. I can't imagine getting my house put back together without their assistance in booking/paying contractors/subcontractors. Additionally, they made dealing with the insurance company much less painful as they thoroughly documented everything and directly communicated that to the insurance company. I give them the absolute highest marks and - heaven forbid - I ever need similar services, they will be who I call.

I was extremely happy with the work done by the Advantaclean team. My condo sustained significant water damage from the HVAC system of a neighboring unit. They came almost immediately, assessed the extent of the problem, obvious and hidden, and shortly after had their team remove all affected carpeting and drywall, set up the drying system and sealed the affected rooms. They monitored regularly and once dry promptly removed the equipment. They provided my insurance with detailed pictures and samples. They were kind and helpful during this crisis, were extremely professional, communicative and very respectful of my space, wearing booties and cleaning up all debris and dust. I would highly recommend them.

I bought my first home. It was built in 1952 and that was probably the last time the vents were cleaned. Don and Nestor did an amazing job! They went above and beyond usual service by retrieving a bed frame wheel from a vent shaft and finding a leak from my ice maker into the crawlspace which had been running for some time and could have done major damage. When I received the invoice to pay it was the exact amount I was quoted. I was shocked. There we're no add ons or anything. I highly recommend this business and these hard workers: Don, Nestor, Pete, Danielle, Sarah and anyone else I spoke with.
