Marty came out and diagnosed my problem in no time, didn't attempt to upsell me. Marty was very knowledgeable, honest and straight forward. He didn't try to worry me but let me know precautions and preventative maintenance I could do myself today! Would 100% recommend this company for any restoration service you need. Very good people!

Marty was super responsive, great communicator. Some of the subcontractors were hesitant but when i got to Alan i was blown away. Mr. Storm took time to really explain to me everything he saw and what needed to be done in a non-pushy-salesman-y way. Honest that route of speaking right there made me their next customer. Nothing shuts my ears off more than salesmen pitches. I can smell them before they open their mouth. This was a great service will be using them for major projects soon.

After having other inspections I contacted Marty who was extremely professional, met with me promptly, and walked me through his entire foundation inspection relaying all findings in a detailed manner. Marty thoroughly explained the options for any required repairs without making the process seem like a sales pitch.
