They definitely exceeded all expectations. Multiple issues came up and they rolled with the punches. Brittnee out of the office is so sweet and always willing to help. Cameron provided probably the best customer service I've ever received. Despite all the hiccups he had to deal with, he remained professional and was constantly willing to go above and beyond to make us incredibly happy. He was very thorough with explaining all the work that needed to be done and somethings he had to explain again and again so we understood and he was always happy to do so. Cameron is a true professional and I can tell he really enjoys helping people. Jaime was awesome. He and his crew got stuff done on time. If anything came up, he'd call me if necessary or call Cameron. The company as a whole is a well oiled machine and they all work together so well. You guys really did us a favor and we are very thankful for that.

Our old apartment had a recurring mold problem due to poor ventilation and i didnt want to risk anything moving into our new los angeles home. Absolute quickly came out and performed a comprehensive mold inspection service. They got back to us with a full inspection report and a detailed analysis of what could cause mold growth in my home and how to avoid it.

Cameron at Absolute was very quick to respond to my inquiry for an estimate on mold removal and remediation in our kitchen. He came to our house within hours of my call on a Saturday. He was very knowledgeable about his field and right away we felt comfortable with hiring him. Cameron’s partner, Bryan, started the mold removal and remediation that following Monday. He was extremely thorough in his work and did a great job at keeping me updated on his progress and any unforeseen issues that arose. Bryan takes real pride in the work that he does and was genuinely concerned with my satisfaction and health of my daughter. Bryan is also very knowledge about his field and gave us some great tips on how to prevent mold in the future. It was really a pleasure working with both Cameron and Bryan! They helped make a horrible experience easier to cope with and both of them went above and beyond on customer service. They exceeded my expectations on quality, timing and price. If I were to ever need this type of work done on our house (or any of the other services that they provide), Absolute would be the only company that I would trust. I would also highly recommend them to anyone that I know. Thank you Absolute!

We have had chronic flooding issues in our basement. Through the years, we have had multiple repairmen come out to look at the issue and supposedly fix it and nothing has worked. This time, I called Absolute Maintenance and set up a consultation. They put me in the calendar for the soonest available appointment, but the next day Cam called because he had finished with another client near me and offered to come early to help. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. It look him less than 10 minutes to identify the real cause of the flooding problem and he sent me an itemized list of recommendations for repair by the next day. I am so relieved that this is finally going to be fixed properly and I cannot thank Cam and Absolute Maintenance enough. They delivered where many others did not. Don't waste your time or your money! Highly recommend!

We are extremely pleased with both the quality of the work and the experience working with Absolute. After a year of repeated headaches working to resolve a leaking shower/tub with other contractors, we called in Absolute. They were swiftly able to diagnose the (actual) source of the leak that had been causing us so much trouble and laid out a range of options for addressing the leak, with a comprehensive discussion of the price-points of each solution as well as the pros and cons of each approach. The pricing was similar to what we had been quoted by other contractors. We never felt pressured during the process; Cameron did an excellent job of simply providing us with the information that we needed in order to make an educated decision on our own. We ultimately opted to completely re-do the shower & tub, as our previous contractor hadn't installed them correctly. Cameron's crew were swift, courteous, and extremely tidy - they were also really pleasant guys. His crew typically came in around 10:00am most days, but this was due to their holding meetings/debreifings with Cameron on the days that he wasn't supervising in person. His crew did a great job of communicating with us - each day they would let us know what they had discussed that morning and what the game plan was for the day. As to Cameron, he clearly has a great deal of professional pride. When the job was completed he spent a fair deal of time discussing proper maintenance/care for the work that was done to ensure that it remains in great condition into the future. A couple of months have passed since the remodel, and we're enjoying have a beautiful, entirely leak-free tub and shower! We would definitely work with Absolute again and highly recommend them.
