AAA Emergency Services of Cincinnati, Ohio was prompt in arriving to our home when a water supply line from the toilet broke and caused major water damage in our home. The team was able to remove all our furnitures, extract the standing water i our basement and within 3 days had our home completely dried out. I highly recommend AAA Emergency Services if you home ever has the misfortune of a water damage. I give this business a 5 star rating. Thanks again for all you have done.

We recently had a water leak in our basement and found AAA Restoration on the internet, they responded to our call within 45 minutes and after verifying our insurance coverage they started work on removing the water and our belongings. Within three days they had our basement and belongs dried out and once the insurance adjuster approved repairs, AAA started on the repairs of our structure. Everyone from the crews to the secretary was very polite and supportive of any and all concerns of ours while they was completing all the work. I highly recommend them to anyone who has the misfortune of experiencing such a home disaster and will most definitely use them again if we ever have a major water leak.

We had the pleasure of working with the staff at AAA Emergency Services, they contacted us requesting information on web design and graphic design for their business, ironically, 2 months later we discovered standing water in our place of business that came from a broken toilet line. We called AAA and within an hour they deployed a crew to our business and had us back in full operation in about 5 hours. We are a Web Design company in the Greater Cincinnati area and have several servers and computer systems that we rely on, on a daily bases, AAA Emergency Restoration of Cincinnati was able to mitigate the water damage from causing major damage to our web servers and work stations. We greatly appreciate all the hard work their crew done to helping us remedy this issue and having our business back up and running. Thanks again for all you done.
