We hired David with 911 Restoration to extract water from carpet in our business that was water soaked from the Tucson July 1st 2016 storm. His company was referred to us by our insurance company. Unknown to us, and after signing his 911 contract, David pulled a "bait and switch" and subcontracted our job to Stanley Steamer. Our $2,400 bill, for a 6 hour water extraction, included an unsupervised two man crew. One man vacuumed water first with a light vacuum and then finally with the more powerful hydro vacuum. (We asked him repeatedly from the beginning to use the more powerful hydro vacuum; however, he would not). A second man assisted by moving the hoses, posted warning signs (even though we were closed), and was a non-stop conversationalist. Upon completion of the job and running drying fans for 3 days, we had to rip out two large sections of carpet, due to them still being excessively soaked. We expressed our extreme dissatisfaction to David about the performance and outcome of this job. He also agreed the job took too long and he would have used the more powerful hydro vacuum earlier in the process. He further stated to us he wished he had supervised the entire job. We asked David to adjust our bill, however, he would not, as he had already paid Stanley Steamer. He stated that the rate he charged us was already $1,000 less than what he charges insurance companies for the same job. We feel this bill was excessive based on the outcome and the substandard performance. We, therefore, would not recommend this company.

I would highly recommend David and his team to anyone who needs a mold inspection and removal. We found a leak in my home and David came out and removed all of the mold that resulted from this ongoing leak. I couldn't believe all the mold he found and that my daughter and I had been living with this. He got rid of all of our mold and I am so thankful. He also referred a great plumber to fix the leak. Kind, professional and family oriented business. Thank you so much 911 Restoration.

David was very responsive, immediately put us at ease and helped us to restore order to our partially flooded home. The fee was reasonable, well worth it..
