PLEASE EVERYONE STAY AWAY these people act like they care talk the right way, but at the end of the day they will rob you blind claiming stuff they did that was aready removed and or not done also claim replacement of "new high quality cabinets" THAT WHERE NEVER REPLACED OR PAINTED they charged over 2300 dollars plus claiming they disconnect Appliances that where aready disconnected or removed also charged me for 10 boxes when they gave me 4 , please stay away from these crooks this was a simple job that they turned into a over charged job that wasn't needed or never done!!! , My insurance company is behind my back as well and sent and reviewed all paperwork..they have reviewed everything and agreed with the pictures and what they claimed they did do not match. The insurance also sent them a new summary that explains work not done and request a refund back 2 me PS PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU JUST LIKE THEY TRIED WITH ME....

I called 911 Restoration of the Inland Empire after a flood in my home and knew right away I picked the right company. Richard, Carlos and Lucas showed up and took care of all the tedious work that needed to be done. They monitored progress daily until the job was completed. They have honest, trustworthy people here, I felt like my home was in good hands. Their guys were hardworking and we could clearly tell they were experienced in their line of work. I hope to never experience another situation like this again, but if we do I will absolutely call them again! Thank you so much 911 Restoration of the Inland Empire!

I was extremely impressed with 911 Restoration of the Inland Empire following a house fire that caused significant damage on my property and they also did the reconstruction and put everything back together better than how it was. They were extremely professional, took great care to explain their actions and address all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend 911 Restoration of the Inland Empire to anyone that comes across a fire damage, water damage and everything they specialize in! We had mold in our bathroom, and 911 Restoration of the Inland Empire went above and beyond in helping us get rid of the mold and repair our bathroom. They were considerate, professional and did an amazing job. From working with Carlos and Richard in the office to the final product, it was great. I mean - having a moldy bathroom SUCKS, but 911 Restoration of the Inland Empire made it as painless as possible. Thank you to the 911 Restoration Team!

Anthony is one astounding individual. He not only did an incredible job, but offered a great price at a high level of customer service. I prob bothered him more than i needed too, but he always answered the phone with kindness and professionalism! Dont waste your time with other, just call these guys!
