We had a leak in our kitchen that started late at night. Once we stopped the leak, we contacted 911 Restoration to start the drying process. They were ready to come in the middle of the night... we decided for them to come first thing in the morning. They came back every day, including Father's Day, to check on the progress of how things were drying. Very responsive, very professional. I hope that we don't have to use them again, but very glad that I know about them in case we do need them again.

It started with a severe water leak in the upstairs bathroom. while we were at work for over 9 hours. When we walked into a disaster beyond our belief, we googled for help and, thank goodness, ended up speaking with Jesus at 10:30 pm. He promised to be there first thing in the morning. We were more than pleased to see he was a man of his word. Juan, Israel and Sergio were so wonderful in the mitigation and tear down. They were fast and cleaned up the area before leaving each day. When it came to an issue with our insurance, Jesus was there to guide us with his experience and knowledge of the process. Ernesto and Arturo put our home back together with such care and great advice. We feel so blessed to have had them on the team. We can't thank Jesus and 911 Restoration enough for their assistance with our home. The quality of workmanship is more than I could have hoped for. I feel like I can't recommend them enough, but I'm going to do my best!

Jesus,Juan, and Adrianna were amazing. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Jesus expertise and experience took all of my worry away. While packing my personal items, Adrianna found hidden money in a shoe, that was long forgotten. She returned the money in it's original hiding place. Their honesty exemplifies the integrity of the company. The service was fast and professional. The workmanship was excellent. We are 100%, satisfied with the service from start to finish. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. I will be using their service for any and all future projects. They are here for the customers.

Jesus and his team were very professional, very polite, and did an excellent job on our roof and the roof on our small shed in the backyard. Once they finished, they were prompt to clean up as well. I had a pipe burst which caused damage to three rooms. My insurance company referred me to 912 Restoration and they were very prompt and efficient. Within an hour of my initial call, they were here. They worked with my insurance adjuster to get items covered for reconstruction that weren’t initially included in the claim. With the assistance from Jesus, Amanda and Angelica, I was kept well informed and felt extremely confident in their work. Very professional experience and would highly recommend this company.
