We had a leak in the restroom that soaked into the foundation. 911Restoration came in and took care of everything for us. They even helped us deal with insurance, which we had no idea how to do. Ken and Everyone that worked in our home was super friendly.
I would highly recommend 911 Restoration to anyone, especially if you've never dealt with insurance before. That was a headache and having an experience team on your side helps calm the nerves a lot. Thank You 911 Restoration

911 Restoration saved the day! They are friendly, professional, and fast. I highly recommend that you go with this company. My family and I were out of town for a week and we returned to find our house flooded because our water heater started leaking while we were gone. They got everything cleaned up and repaired quickly, we were back home before we knew it. Thank you very much Ken!!!!

This is the worst contractor I’ve ever seen. How they are still in business is nothing short of a miracle.
They were hired on 10/29 to restore a kitchen that suffered water damage and were requested to complete before 11/21, the close of escrow on the house as per contract.
Today is 12/13 and the work is still not done. They repeatedly would say “tomorrow,” “next week,” “later,” etc. They were supposed to finish today from 9:30am-2:30 pm. They left 1:30pm and returned at 8pm.
It’s 10:30pm and they are still not done. I am at my wit’s end.
