    Exceptional, quick service when I had a pipe burst in the attic that streamed water all the way to my basement for several days while I was on vacation-from beginning to end— they were there immediately once contacted by my insurance broker & kept me informed every step of the way! Well done & Thank You!

    Call Thursday afternoon, team arrived early Friday! Excellent attention to our needs, professional service to get right on the problem. Strongly recommend 911Restoration due to their customer support and detailed efforts to solve the problems. My recommendation is call them first and watch success happen!

    Attempting to be objective review of my experience. I had a leak in my house so I quickly googled the first company that came up. 911 Restoration seemed legit enough. They were helpful and came the first day with a few air blowers (looks like a snail and it works like a fan) and dehumidifiers. They also recommended that I talk to my insurance company (Travelers) to have them help cover the costs. I agreed. However, then there was a dispute between the insurance claims person and 911 Restoration where the insurance guy said they should rip out the piece of wet drywall and cut open the flooring in the bathroom (where the leak started) so the dehumidifier could get inside where it was wet. 911 restoration ended up cutting 4 holes that isn’t where the wet piece of drywall was. They also didn’t cut open the flooring in the bathroom because they said that the insurance guy wasn’t willing to pay them since they didn’t do what the insurance guy had asked them to do. Also the lady I spoke to on the phone was unwilling to promise that they would directly work with the insurance company to collect payment. So it felt to me that if the insurance company wasn’t willing to pay, I would be stuck footing the bill. I guess that’s common practice for contractors dealing w insurance, but for a new homeowner without a lot of money sitting around, it wasn’t the answer I was hoping to hear. It also didn’t help that the lady who was working with the insurance guy continuously called me asking me to talk to the insurance guy even though I assume they have each other’s contacts. I think overall they may not have a great relationship with Travelers insurance. I’ve learned now that I need to call my insurance company first to find a list of recommended providers before doing the repairs… On a side note, I think the guys who came out to did the repairs were nice and patient with me.

    Our experience with 911 was great - they were responsive and provided expert advice on how to proceed, and worked with us on what was in our comfort zone. Special shoutouts to Jasmine and Nate, who were absolute gems to work with. Jasmine was responsive, flexible, and provided great customer service; Nate was charismatic, extremely knowledgable, and is just a guy you know you can trust.

    911 Restoration was so responsive when I had called them for a leak in our house. They worked and clarified everything with my Insurance and everything was so smooth. Happy with their service.
