I had a wonderful experience with 911 Restoration. We had water damage due to a leak in our shower pan which led to mold in our interior wall. I called 911 Restoration and Ken immediately put me at ease. He walked me through the process and immediately dispatched his team to assist. Ken and his team were very professional and informative. Communication was great, and everyone involved was professional and helpful. Anyone that needs help with mold remediation should be reaching out to this company. Ken, who came out to my home was very responsive to my calls, and text. Upon inspection I asked questions and was given responses and scenarios. He was very knowledgeable with experience, and professional. From inspection, restoration to finish, I’d use 911 Restoration again.

Very knowledgeable and honest. They do a great job identifying the problem and then doing whatever necessary to fix it. They are extremely professional when it comes to going to your house, inspecting, quoting, and taking care of the problem. I will always go to 911 Restoration for all my mold and/or water damage needs.
