We experienced a water leakage that flooded the entire 1st floor!!! I chose 911 restoration because they were recommended by a friend. Peter and his team came within an hour after the call. They installed dehumidifiers around the house. We were able to fix walls, flooring, and paintings within 2 weeks at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend 911 Restoration and will definitely use their services again for remodeling.

Great experience!
They helped us a lot dealing with the insurance agent that was not cooperating. The responsiveness was good and the repairs were made with quality. It is a good company overall for water damage remediation of a house.

Worst company. DO NOT use them. Texas had a freeze and my house had a bursted pipe. They came in and basically put fans on and removed about 5 pieces of dry wall. Never gave me a price from the beginning they said they would handle it with our insurance, they ended up sending me a bill for a total of almost 7k. Never communicated anything. Company is a total rip off. They never even cleaned the drywall and insulation. I had to hire a different company for the clean up. Take your business elsewhere.
