Ian and Frank were wonderful. I was able to contact them easily for any questions, which was great. The wall repair work that was done looks beautiful. The work went quickly and the cleanup was excellent. I couldn't ask for better work and customer service.

This was the best experience ever!!! Ian Campell helped out at our house and he showed so much real care for our family, and our dogs! I’ve never met someone with such authentic customer service and care for his work. Would recommend him to all of my friends!!!

We recently had water mitigation and drywall restoration done by 911 Restoration of West Valley and are very pleased with the results. Mr. Phil Reese and his crew were very helpful of all issues including contact with our insurance company, painting and clean up. I would recommend this company for restoration work of any kind. Amazing company with incredible customer service!! Let’s face it, NOBODY wants to have to call a restoration company, but if you have to, call 911 Restoration! They were at our flooded townhouse within an hour of calling them. They were professional and easy to work with and did a fantastic job restoring our property. Highly recommend this company!
