I was first referred to Joshua by a plumbing/ septic company in Georgia. Joshua has been outstanding from beginning to end and quick as lightning as far as response time and willingness to work with us. We had another company out to pump our septic tank and (repair a field line) however all they did was sabotage the septic system and tear up the yard. When I spoke with Joshua he gave me multiple options for financing as well as a solid game plan to replace the field lines in the back yard. We got approved for financing and as soon as the yard dried out they got started! We now have brand new lines and even upgraded the tank lids for easier service in the future. I am so thankful that we were able to find such a good and honest company to help us out! I would hands down absolutely recommend 911 restoration for any of your home repair needs. I wouldn’t waste time calling anyone else!

We had a major sewage backup and 911 Restoration came and got it all cleaned up and restored quickly and efficiently. They worked with our insurance carrier to settle claim. They were awesome. Highly recommended!

We experienced catastrophic damage to our parent's home due to water damage. The companies referred by our insurance company declined our request or failed to show when scheduled. We called 911 Restoration out of desperation and they immediately took care of everything that was needed.

We had Septic Issues that backed up in to our house on the day before Christmas Eve. Pat and his guys were there within an hour to clean the sewage and empty our tank. They were professional and explained everything. I appreciate how fast they showed up.

Pat is amazingly. I can't say enough good things about him. Professional, FAST responses, personally takes care of his customers, just...all around amazing. He will help you out, no matter the job size and makes you feel well taken care of. He's also an absolute joy to talk to. Cool dude! Highly highly recommend. I pray I never need another job done like this but if I do, I'm calling these guys!
