I can’t recommend Precision Restoration enough. The owner, Nick Sloan, came out to our house within the hour of receiving our mold results. He gave us an estimate that day and had his crew start working on our house the day after we decided to use Precision Restoration. He was upfront about the cost and adjusted the price as needed throughout the whole process. Nick is extremely honest and kind. My only regret is the time we wasted getting estimates from other companies. Precision Restoration is definitely the best option. Having mold in your home is stressful, do yourself a favor and use the best mold remediation company in the area! Pick Precision Restoration!

I can’t recommend this company enough. Nick and his crew are outstanding. We tore out a built in desk that was below a window in our bonus room and were shocked to find black mold on the wall behind it (confirmed by an independent mold tester that it was in fact stach - the toxic black mold). Nick spent so much time explaining everything to me and putting my mind at ease that they would be able to get it taken care of and my family would be safe. He was great at communicating and answering questions and made a very stressful situation better.
Once the work began, I was amazed at their process to prevent cross contamination and how thorough they were. Quality, quality, quality. This was HARD and detailed work on their part, so it’s worth every penny. When it came to the final step of the remediation process (fogging my upstairs) Nick took the EXTRA step and EXTRA work to completely barrier seal off a room downstairs that I had my fish in to make sure they were extra safe.
He and his crew are kind and hardworking, and they make sure you are informed every step of the way. I have every confidence that our mold problem has been taken care of, thanks to these guys.

Nick and his team did an excellent job removing a tremendous amount of black mold from my dining room floor and wall. He was very thorough in communicating every step of the process in detail, leaving no questions unanswered. It gave my family peace of mind throughout the entire process. I called Nick for a leaks and he was out here with two other employees within an hour! He was very professional and explained the whole process. I will never use another company for this type of work. He also told me he knew a plumber to come out and contacted the plumber and had him here to fix the leak in no time! Great business and Owner!

If you need a restoration company you need look no further than Precision Restoration. The owner, Nick Sloan, personally came to my house on a Saturday evening along with one employee and took care of my flooded guest bedroom. He assessed the situation and explained in detail what he had to do. After they took away all damaged drywall, baseboards and carpet padding he explained the drying process. Over the next three days one of his employees came to check the drying process, everyone was just as nice and explained what they were checking. Nick also helped me understand what I needed to do in filing an insurance claim, I had never done it before. He also helped me find a company to put it back together. I couldn’t have chosen a better company.
