After being on vacation for a few days, I came home to my basement flooded! This never happened to me before so I honestly didn't know what to do. My friend told me about 212 water damage and I immediately gave them call. In less than 3 hours a team of technicians arrived at my place. Not only were they well equipped but very professional. I was extremely satisfied with the way the technicians handled my situation. They explained to me step by step the process of getting the water out my basement as well as throughly cleaning it. I felt a weight come off my shoulders as they finished the job. I hope I never have a flood again but if I ever do, 212 water damage is definitely the pace I'd call!
