I can't sing the praises of Doug, the office staff, and the repair crew with 1st Aide Restoration enough. The surround for our chimney collapsed due to hidden, long term water leakage, leaving a large exposed section of our house. With impending rain, they pulled a crew off another job and they did a fantastic job of securing and wrapping the area to prevent any additional water damage. They also handled the rebuild of the chimney surround, which included a modification to our roof to (hopefully) prevent future issues. Everybody I spoke with through this entire process were caring, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend using these folks if you are ever in the unfortunate position of needing their services.

My mother and I looked for a quality company to replace water damaged wood on the outside of her home. Thankfully we found Doug and the Team at 1st Aide Restoration. We are very pleased with the professionalism of Doug and crew. They completed the work on time and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The quality of the work exceeded my mother’s high standards and expectations! We would absolutely recommend 1st Aide Restoration to all our neighbors and will call them first if ever in need of their services again!!

What we thought was a “minor water problem” quickly became a major one, and within 2 hours of contacting 1st Aide Restoration, Inc. they were at our home, assessing the situation and what needed to be done. Within the next ½ hour, Doug Watkins had arranged for someone to come to fix the offending pipe, and a crew to start correcting the problem the following day! That same amazing crew - Corey Lewis, Greg Maxwell and Sam Watkins, checked the progress every day for the next 4 days! – unheard of in my customer services experiences! Everyone was incredibly polite, professional, knowledgeable, competent and efficient! Anyone who has had service people who have to crawl around under your home – in a protective suit – in +95°F temps – knows those wearing the suits can become understandably grumpy – not these guys! We had a small water leak in our rental property which caused a little water damage and our floors to be replaced. 1st Aide Restoration was great in taking care of our needs from the water removal to replacement of the flooring. I highly recommend them for your water damage and flooring needs!

After some large hail producing thunderstorms swept through Walkertown, my elderly mother thought her shingles might be damaged. 1st Aide Restoration came out to look at her home and found that there was no damage to the roof. I was shocked at their honesty. Because they did not get paid to come out and get on the roof to check it. So they did not make any money this time, and they said just call them again the next time I need anything. They did a great job of building a relationship of trust with our family. If you are getting quotes on Storm Damage or Water Damage, you might want to give them a chance to look at your job.
